Perry Elementary School

Perry Early Learning Center serves preschool students in a Statewide Voluntary Preschool Program (SWVPP).   Students must be 4 years old by September 15 of the current school year to qualify for SWVPP.  Students that are 3 years old may qualify for preschool services if they are an entitled individual under IDEA with a weighted service Individualized Education Program.    Preschool classes serve less than 18 students per section with a morning or afternoon program option.  The morning class meets Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:10-11:00 AM and the afternoon class meets 12:00-2:50 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  Students learn academic readiness skills in the areas of reading, writing, and mathematics as well as social-emotional skills, and play skills.  For more inforamtion on Perry Early Learning Center Universal Preschool Program, please view the PK Handbook below.
